The invention discloses a water-saving type environment improvement centralized water supply system, which comprises a water liquid supply system, a water circulation recovery system, a control system and a sewage treatment system; the water liquid supply system comprises a water supply pipeline, a booster pump group, a liquid guide pipe, a steady flow tank, a split-flow storage system, a settling zone, a mixing and stirring mechanism and a liquid guide pipeline; the booster pump group is communicated with the water supply pipeline and the liquid guide pipe respectively. According to the invention, through the mutual cooperation of the water liquid supply system, the split-flow storage system and the mixing and stirring mechanism, and the supplied water liquid can be concentrated in the flow stabilizing tank under the pressure output of the booster pump group, wherein the water purifying agent can be pre-stirred and mixed by using the mixing and stirring mechanism; and then, the purified solution uniformly seeps into the flow stabilizing tank in cooperation with communication flow guide of a water pump, a guide pipe and a liquid guide pipeline, so that a concentrated water source is in full contact with the purified solution, impurities contained in the water are reacted and purified, and the treatment efficiency and quality of the water are improved.
