The invention discloses a medical centralized water supply system and a water supply method.The medical centralized water supply system comprises a constant-pressure water conveying mechanism, two filtering mechanisms and a pressure stabilizing mechanism, the two filtering mechanisms are sequentially and vertically arranged at the lower end of the constant-pressure water conveying mechanism in a sealed mode, and each filtering mechanism is provided with a filtering plate; the filtering mechanisms are located below the filtering plates and communicated with water outlets, the pressure stabilizing mechanism is arranged in the filtering mechanism below, the constant-pressure water conveying mechanism is used for providing raw water with constant water pressure, and the pressure stabilizing mechanism enables the water pressure of water flow entering the filtering mechanism below to be stable and unchanged; a plurality of filtering mechanisms are connected in series, and a pressure stabilizing mechanism for stabilizing pressure is additionally arranged in the filtering mechanism below, so that primary filtering water is kept to meet the water pressure in the secondary filtering process for secondary filtering, and the equipment can produce water sources with various water qualities; and the efficiency of the next filtering process is not influenced in the water supply process of the equipment, so that the occupied area of the water supply system is further reduced.
