Hole sealing material and use method thereof
The invention relates to a hole sealing material and a use method thereof, which are used for solving the problems of long setting time and poor slurry fluidity of the existing hole sealing material. The hole sealing material provided by the invention comprises the following components in parts by weight: 700-800 parts of Portland cement; 80-100 parts of sulphoaluminate cement clinker; 30-50 parts of an accelerator; 50-150 parts of fly ash; and 50-100 parts of desulfurized gypsum. The hole sealing material provided by the invention is suitable for a bag type two-blocking and one-injecting gas extraction process, the setting time and the slurry fluidity can be adjusted by adjusting the use amount of the silica fume and the accelerator according to the use requirements, and the good fluidity and thixotropy of the slurry can rapidly fill pore channels and coal seam cracks and rapidly solidify in a short time; a good filling effect is achieved on coal seam cracks; the compressive strength is large, and the change of a coal seam to a certain extent in the gas extraction process can be borne.
本发明涉及一种封孔材料及其使用方法,用以解决现有封孔材料凝结时间长与浆料流动性差的问题。本发明的封孔材料,以重量计,包括:硅酸盐水泥700‑800份;硫铝酸盐水泥熟料80‑100份;速凝剂30‑50份;粉煤灰50‑150份;脱硫石膏50‑100份。本发明提供的封孔材料,适用于囊袋式“两堵一注”瓦斯抽采工艺,凝结时间与浆料流动性可根据使用要求通过调节微硅粉及速凝剂用量进行调整,浆料良好的流动性及触变性能够在短时间内迅速填充孔道及煤层裂缝并迅速凝固,对煤层裂缝具有极好的填充效果;抗压强度大,能够承接在瓦斯抽采过程中煤层一定程度的变动。
