The invention discloses a glazed culture stone manufacturing process method which comprises the following steps: preparing glaze, and pretreating stone; spray-goating glaze on the pretreated stone; feeding the material into a kiln after heating and drying; firing the material and opening the kiln for cooling; taking out the stone material and pouring water for cooling the material; and inspecting the quality of naturally air-dried stone material. The method is suitable for the technical field of processing of volcanic rock, basalt, selenium-rich stone, granite, fire flow rock and the like, on the basis of the classical ceramic technology in China. A technological method for sintering the ceramic glaze on the natural stone is researched and developed; based on the new glaze formula, the glaze melting temperature is adjusted to 1020-1300 DEG C, so that the leveling vitrification time is short when the temperature is reached, complete vitrification can be realized when the temperature is increased to 1020 DEG C from a normal temperature state, and the total time is shortened to be within 2 hours, so that the traditional glaze is sintered on the surface of the natural stone. The production cost is reduced, large-scale industrial production is realized, and the aesthetic degree of the stone is improved.
本发明公开了釉面文化石制作工艺方法,包括以下步骤:配置釉料,并对石材进行预处理;预处理后的石材上喷涂釉料;加温干燥后入窑;石材烧制后开窑降温;取出石材后浇水降温;自然风干好的石材,检验是否合格,本发明适用于火山岩、玄武岩、富硒石、花岗岩、火流岩等加工技术领域,在我国古典陶瓷技术的基础上,研发了将陶瓷釉料烧结在天然石材上的工艺方法,通过使用新的釉料配方,釉料熔化温度调至1020℃‑1300℃,达到温度时流平玻化时间短,从常温状态加温至1020℃即完全玻化,总时间缩短至2小时以内,从而将传统釉料烧结在天然石材表面上,降低了生产成本,实现大批量工业化生产,提高了石材的美观度。
