The invention relates to the field of ceramics and preparation processes thereof, in particular to stone-like glazed ceramic and a preparation process thereof.The stone-like glazed ceramic comprises a green body and a glaze, the green body is prepared from, by weight, 20-30 parts of stone-like particles and 20-30 parts of paper pulp clay, the surface of the green body has the stone particle texture through the specially-treated stone-like particles, and the surface of the green body has the stone particle texture; the color generation is uniform; the paper pulp clay with a special formula is used as a binding material of the stone-like particles, has high porosity and high elasticity, and can effectively prevent a green body from cracking in the forming and sintering processes; through special treatment on the surface of the green body, stone-like particles and columnar glass on the outer wall of the green body are exposed from paper pulp clay, stone-like texture is exposed after firing, the texture of glass particles is exposed in the hollowed-out area, and the columnar glass penetrates through the interior and the exterior of the green body, so that the hollowed-out area has a light-transmitting effect.
