The noise reduction structure comprises two groups of steel rails and sleepers, the two groups of steel rails are erected on two sides of the sleepers in parallel, noise reduction assemblies are arranged at the joints of the steel rails and the sleepers, and each noise reduction assembly comprises a pressure-bearing main plate, a fixing transverse column and a pressing linkage rod, wherein top of the pressure-bearing main plate is fixedly connected with the bottom of the corresponding steel rail, the two ends of the fixing transverse column are transversely connected with the inner walls of the two sides of the corresponding sleeper, and the top end of the pressing linkage rod is movably connected with the fixing transverse column. The noise reduction device has the advantages that a liquid passing lower section descends and is inserted into a liquid inlet, a liquid passing pipeline is communicated and connected with a liquid inlet pipeline in a liquid passing block, so that liquid enters a noise reduction cavity, the noise reduction assembly is cooled or frozen through the heat capacity ratio of water, and the service life of the noise reduction assembly is prolonged; when a train runs through the steel rail, noise generated by friction is conducted to the noise reduction cavity through resonance, and the noise is absorbed through resonance with water.
