The invention provides a construction technology for preventing cement concrete pavement longitudinal joint edge gnawing, and relates to the field of road construction. The technology specifically comprises the following steps that when a cement concrete pavement is poured, after steel formworks on the two sides of a surface layer are fixed, oil is smeared on the upper half portions of the steel formworks, one half of a plastic film is attached to the steel formworks, the other half of the plastic film is laid on a lower bearing layer, then a tension rod is inserted to position the plastic film, a lateral blocking interface for concrete is formed, and concrete is poured. According to the technology, the plastic film is fixed through a tension bar, the working procedures are required in sequence, other technologies and working procedures of cement concrete pavement construction are not changed, the two working procedures of caulking by mixing cement mortar and removing caulking solidification materials after formwork removal are omitted, and more importantly, after traffic is open, the edge gnawing phenomenon of longitudinal joints in the middle of a road cannot occur.
