Method for erecting cast-in-place box girder full framing in reservoir and on dam body
The invention relates to a method for erecting a cast-in-place box girder full framing in a reservoir and on a dam body. The method comprises the steps of emptying the reservoir water level to the lowest; breaking the original overflow dam slope body width; blocking the blow-down pipe; removing the dam body slope surface; actually measuring the foundation bearing capacity of the surface soil body of the dam body through dynamic sounding; determining the thickness of dam body hardened concrete; excavating an underground water drainage channel; treating a horizontal ground foundation at a dam foot and hardening surface concrete; pouring a gravity type retaining wall at the dam foot; backfilling the retaining wall; digging step edge hardening concrete on the dam body edge; breaking a wave wall at the top of the dam body; breaking the side wall side of the dam body; erecting the bridge full-span full-joint-pouring full framing related to the reservoir according to the position, the transverse distance and the longitudinal distance of the scheme; breaking and removing a strip-shaped foundation on an original bottom plate; newly building a blow-down pipe in the drainage tank, and recovering related water conservancy facilities of the reservoir. 本发明是一种水库内及坝体上的现浇箱梁满堂支架搭设方法;包括放空水库水位至最低;破除原溢流坝斜坡体宽度;封堵放空管;清除坝体坡面;动力触探实测坝体表层土体的地基承载力;确定坝体硬化混凝土的厚度;开挖地下水排泄通道;坝脚处水平地面地基处理及表层混凝土硬化;坝脚处重力式挡墙浇筑;挡墙回填;坝体边挖台阶边硬化混凝土;坝体顶防浪墙破除;坝体边墙侧破除;涉及水库的桥梁全跨全联浇满堂支架按方案的位置、横距及纵距进行搭设;破除原底板上的条形基础;在泄水槽内新建放空管,恢复水库相关水利设施。本方法既不破坏原坝体设计功能,减少对原坝体的破坏,又能达到满堂支架承载力的要求,还能永临结合,减少拆除费用和加固坝体。
