The invention discloses a steel reinforcement cage and a construction method for an underground diaphragm wall. The steel reinforcement cage comprises a steel reinforcement frame which extends in a first direction, a plurality of hollow steel pipes and a plurality of sealing pieces, wherein the plurality of hollow steel pipes are arranged in the first direction in an extending mode and fixedly connected with the steel reinforcement frame, the two ends, in the first direction, of each hollow steel pipe are in communication, and each sealing piece is fixedly connected to the end part of one end of one hollow steel pipe and seals the end part. According to the steel reinforcement cage and the construction method for the underground diaphragm wall, sediment under the wall toe can be reinforced in a full-section mode, sedimentation of the underground diaphragm wall is prevented, and the depth reduction outside a pit is effectively reduced, thereby controlling sedimentation of a soil body outside the pit, and protecting the surrounding environment.
