The invention relates to a brick plugging structure construction method for an underground balanced water pressure tube well, which comprises the following steps: 1) processing a bricking body, a horizontal wood plate and a wooden wedge block, back-pasting a first expansion rubber sheet on the horizontal wood plate, and back-pasting a second expansion rubber sheet on the wooden wedge block; (2) marking serial numbers on the brick body, the horizontal wood board and the wooden wedge block; (3) conveying the brick body, the horizontal wood board and the wooden wedge block to the construction position, and blocking the well mouth of the tube well through the brick body, the horizontal wood board and the wooden wedge block; (4)smearing bentonite on the plugging face, and then smearing quick-dry cement on the bentonite layer; and (5) pumping water out in the downstream face pipeline of the well mouth of the tube well, observing, and if no underground water appears in the downstream face pipeline, carrying out follow-up construction. According to the method, the wood is cut by utilizing the characteristic that the volume is easy to expand and increase after the wood absorbs water to manufacture the wooden wedge block, so that the wooden wedge block is matched with the brick body and the horizontal wood board to extrude, stretch and plug the well mouth of the tube well, and good plugging and waterproof effects are achieved.
