The invention further discloses a dewatering construction structure and a plugging construction structure of the dewatering well. According to the local descending water construction method, the dewatering well dewatering construction structure and the plugging construction structure, confined water is prevented from puncturing an underground structure bottom plate and emerging out of a well mouth, the phenomenon of base piping is avoided, and the grouting plugging efficiency and quality are improved.
