The invention discloses a glass photoelectric composite thermal insulation building outer wall system which comprises photoelectric glass and transverse fixing frames, wherein the transverse fixing frames are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the photoelectric glass correspondingly, and vertical fixing frames are arranged at the left ends and the right ends of the two transverse fixing frames correspondingly; the two transverse fixing frames are fixed to the two vertical fixing frames through fixing bolts, and the fixing devices are arranged on the vertical fixing frames to replace an original mode that the power junction box and the vertical fixing frames are connected through screws, so that the power junction box is more convenient and rapid to mount and dismount. A fixing plate is further arranged at the left end of the power junction box and can move up and down in a fixing shell, a baffle can fix the fixing plate in the fixing shell, the fixing plate cannot move upwards in the fixing shell through a spring in a rotating shaft, and the baffle can rotate into a collecting groove through the rotating shaft; therefore, the power supply junction box can be taken down from the fixing device, and the power supply junction box is convenient to mount and dismount.
