The basement stiff steel column comprises a steel column body, four first stiff steel plates are welded to the outer surface of the steel column body at equal intervals, second stiff steel plates are welded to the outer surfaces of one sides of the four first stiff steel plates, wherein fixed balance blocks are welded to the positions, close to the centers, of the outer surfaces of the opposite sides of the two second stiff steel plates, lifting grooves are formed in the bottom faces of the two fixed balance blocks, a lifting cable is arranged between the lifting grooves in a sleeving mode, the fixed balance blocks play a role in balancing, the stability of positioning and landing of the basement stiff steel columns is greatly improved through a bearing bottom plate, the bearing effect is provided, the supporting steel columns arranged at the top of the bearing bottom plate are used for ensuring that lateral stiff steel plates are fixed in the construction process, the lateral stiff steel plates enable the basement stiff steel column to be not prone to deformation during transportation and construction, good practicability is achieved, and the working efficiency of the stiff steel column is greatly improved.
