The invention discloses a reinforcing steel bar cutting device. The reinforcing steel bar cutting device comprises a device body and further comprises driving parts, rotating parts, connecting parts, clamping parts and an shock absorption part; the driving parts symmetrically and fixedly arranged on the device body and used for driving the rotating parts to rotate; the rotating parts are fixedly connected to the rotating parts of the driving parts and used for controlling cutting parts to move up and down; the connecting parts are symmetrically connected to the rotating parts in a threaded mode and used for installing the cutting parts and the clamping parts; the clamping parts are fixedly arranged on the connecting parts and are used for clamping a reinforcing steel bar; and the shock absorption part is fixedly arranged below the device main body. A first threaded rod is driven to rotate through a first motor so that a second connecting plate and a first connecting plate can be driven to move up and down, and therefore the distance between a cutting wheel and the reinforcing steel bar is adjusted, a micro motor can drive the cutting wheel to cut the reinforcing steel bar, a placement hole can be used for placing the reinforcing steel bar, and through a cutting opening, the cutting wheel can conveniently carry out cutting treatment on the reinforcing steel bar in the cutting opening.
