The invention discloses a river sludge treatment device which comprises a cutter suction dredger, a filtering part, a stirring part, a compression part, a drying part and a combustion part. The cutter suction dredger sucks sludge from the bottom of a river and pumps the sludge into the filtering part; the filtering part filters the sludge; the stirring part further stirs the filtered sludge; the compression part compresses and dewaters the stirred sludge to obtain compressed sludge; the drying part further dries the compressed sludge; and the combustion part combusts the dried compressed sludge, and smoke dust recycling equipment is arranged at a tail gas exhaust port of the combustion part to recycle smoke dust in tail gas.
