The invention discloses a river sludge treatment device. The sludge salvaging device comprises a U-shaped sludge salvaging main frame which is vertically arranged on the lower end face of the center supporting seat in a lifting mode, a lifting driving mechanism used for driving the sludge salvaging main frame to vertically ascend and descend, a suction mechanism arranged in the sludge salvaging main frame and a pair of sealing mechanisms arranged at openings in the two ends of the sludge salvaging main frame correspondingly; the suction mechanism comprises a suction supporting plate vertically ascending and descending in the sludge fishing main frame, a suction lifting assembly used for driving the suction supporting plate and a sludge pump arranged on the suction supporting plate. The mud guide pipe comprises a mud inlet hose fixedly connected with the discharge end of the mud pump, a three-way pipe fixed in the central supporting seat and a pair of mud outlet hoses; one end of the sludge outlet hose is connected with one opening of the three-way pipe and penetrates through the central supporting seat and the supporting seat on the corresponding side; and the other end of the sludge inlet hose is connected with one opening of the three-way pipe. Sludge can be dumped without approaching to the shore, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
