The adopted hydration heat regulation and control functional material comprises an esterification product and a composite nano-material. The esterification product is a product obtained after maleic anhydride and dextrin are subjected to an esterification reaction. The composite nano-material contains Ca element, Si element and O element, and the addition amount of the composite nano-material is 1/5-1/3 of that of the esterification product. The superplasticizer provided by the invention can hinder the hydration process of cement and effectively reduce the hydration heat of concrete. The problems that the early strength of concrete is reduced and the setting time is prolonged after hydration heat is reduced can be solved, the temperature rise of large-volume engineering concrete can be effectively controlled, cracking is prevented, the early strength and the setting time of the concrete are not influenced, and the service life of the concrete is prolonged.
