Manufacturing method of transparent ceramic spectacle lens
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a transparent ceramic spectacle lens. The method comprises the following steps of: firstly, performing direct-writing 3D printing on prepared yttrium aluminum garnet YAG transparent ceramic paste according to specific parameters such as the shape requirement of a user on the lens as well as the pupil distance, pupil height and facial characteristics of the user, so as to realize rapid curing molding, performing glue discharging, high-temperature vacuum sintering, annealing and precise polishing treatment to obtain a required high-quality transparent ceramic spectacle lens, and then carrying out grinding and polishing, cleaning and drying, vacuum coating and lens forming processing to obtain a finished lens. The YAG transparent ceramic lens designed by the invention is high in strength, stable in physical and chemical properties and high in transmittance. The ceramic lens with a customized shape is printed in a 3D direct-writing manner, so that individual requirements can be better met, and the preparation efficiency of the lens is improved.
本发明公开了一种透明陶瓷眼镜片的制作方法。该方法先根据用户对镜片的形状要求及自身的瞳距、瞳高和面部特点等具体参数将制备的钇铝石榴石YAG透明陶瓷膏料通过直写式3D打印,实现快速固化成型,经排胶、高温真空烧结、退火以及精密抛光处理,获得所需高质量的透明陶瓷眼镜片,然后经磨削打磨、清洗烘干、真空镀膜、成镜加工即可得到成品镜片。本发明设计的YAG透明陶瓷镜片强度高,物理化学性能稳定,透过率高;通过3D直写式打印定制形状的陶瓷镜片,更能满足个性化需求和提高镜片的制备效率。
