Track gauge measuring device and track detector
The invention provides a track gauge measuring device and a track detector. The gauge measuring device comprises a cross beam, a measuring wheel set and an auxiliary measuring wheel set. A displacement sensor, a connecting guide rod and a connecting assembly are arranged in the cross beam; the connecting assembly comprises a connecting seat, a measuring guide rod and a screw measuring head; the auxiliary measuring wheel set is provided with a universal wave bead, and the screw measuring head abuts against the universal wave bead. According to the invention, the displacement sensor is adopted on the cross beam to detect the track gauge in real time, so that track gauge detection errors can be reduced to make the detection result more accurate, the structure can be simplified, and the weight can be reduced; secondly, the screw measuring head is arranged to abut against the universal wave bead for indirect measurement, so that the cross beam and the auxiliary measuring wheel set can be arranged in a split manner; since the measuring force is adjustable and does not influence the posture, the measuring force and the spring force for ensuring the posture are mutually independent; finally, the position between the auxiliary measuring wheel and the auxiliary walking wheel in the auxiliary measuring wheel set is relatively fixed, so that the measuring point is ensured to be positioned at the true 16mm position in real time.
