Soil retaining type soilless roadbed and construction method thereof
A soil retaining type soilless roadbed comprises a prefabricated pavement slab, wherein the prefabricated pavement slab comprises a standard section in the middle, middle fulcrum sections are arranged on the two sides of the standard section, and an end fulcrum section is arranged on the side, away from the standard section, of the middle fulcrum section; longitudinal ribs are arranged at the bottom of the middle fulcrum section; the prefabricated pavement slab is arranged above the cast-in-situ bored piles, and the cast-in-situ bored piles make contact with the longitudinal ribs and support the prefabricated pavement slab. By adopting the structure, the design of a traditional soilless roadbed is further improved, so that the soilless roadbed can be used as a retaining structure of a permanent structure or a foundation pit supporting means during construction of the permanent structure, the problem of differential settlement between a new roadbed and an old roadbed is solved, and the scale of a building land is reduced; besides, the arrangement of a permanent structure at a roadbed slope with a narrow construction space in a high-density urban area becomes possible.
一种挡土式无土路基,包括预制道面板,预制道面板包括中部的标准节段,标准节段两侧设有中支点节段,远离标准节段的中支点节段一侧设有端支点节段;中支点节段底部设有纵肋;预制道面板设置在钻孔灌注桩上方,钻孔灌注桩与纵肋接触并对预制道面板形成支撑。本发明采用上述结构,对于传统的无土路基设计进行了进一步改进,使其可作为永久结构物的挡土结构或永久结构施工时的基坑支护手段使用,不仅解决了新老路基之间不均匀沉降,减少了建筑用地规模,也为使得高密度城市区施工空间狭小的路基边坡处设置永久结构物成为可能。
