The invention relates to a bridge concrete anti-collision guardrail movable formwork system and a construction method. The movable formwork system comprises supporting assemblies, a sliding rail, sliding devices, an inner side formwork and an outer side formwork, wherein the inner side formwork and the outer side formwork are oppositely arranged at an interval; the number of the supporting assemblies is multiple, the multiple supporting assemblies are arranged between the inner side formwork and the outer side formwork, and the multiple supporting assemblies are linearly arranged in the length direction of the inner side formwork; the sliding rail is arranged on the tops of the multiple supporting assemblies; and the number of the sliding devices is multiple, the multiple sliding devices are arranged on the sliding rail in a rolling mode, and the two ends of each sliding device are connected to the inner side formwork and the outer side formwork through adjusting connectors correspondingly. By arranging the sliding rail and the sliding devices, a formwork can be driven by the sliding devices to slide to a next construction unit after being detached, other transfer tools and hoisting tools are not needed, operation is convenient and fast, time and labor are saved, and the safety of constructors during operation is improved.
