The invention discloses a municipal elevated hanging basket device which is divided into an inner side and an outer side and mainly comprises a frame body, grids, angle steel, directional movable pulleys, universal sliding wheels and balancing weights, the inner side is a rectangular frame body formed by welding galvanized square steel, and the lower portion of the rectangular frame body is welded by the galvanized square steel to form the frame body; a plurality of galvanized square steels are connected with a frame body to form a grid, a balancing weight with the weight being 25 kg is placed in the frame body, and universal sliding wheels are arranged at the four corners of the bottom of the frame body. The operation device which is easy and convenient to manufacture, easy to implement and capable of rapidly moving is provided for municipal viaduct flower box and flower stand welding. The device can directly adopt the construction material of the flower box frame body, greatly reduces the material investment, saves the cost, greatly improves the construction efficiency, reduces the construction cost, is simple and convenient to manufacture and small in occupied space, and ensures the safe and civilized construction on site to a great extent.
