Steel pipes are mounted at the tops of the steel plates, bearing steel plates are fixedly connected to the top ends of the steel pipes, and transverse I-shaped steel is arranged above every two adjacent bearing steel plates. Through the cooperation among an upper outer tower wall, a lower outer tower wall, second angle steel, a connecting frame, a bracket, and an inner tower, the upper outer tower wall and the lower outer tower wall can be fixed, and the situation that the upper outer tower wall and the lower outer tower wall deform due to external factors, and consequently serious consequences are generated is prevented.
