本发明是一种桥塔下塔柱不落地支撑施工方法,具体步骤为:在承台顶部安装斜拉支撑装置,在承台平行于纵桥向方向的两侧壁上安装托架装置,托架装置上安装钢背楞支撑架、钢背楞、定型钢模板;在托架装置上安装下桁架固定装置、下桁架;斜拉支撑装置沿横桥向方向通过索鞍安装若干斜拉索组件,每个斜拉索组件均通过斜拉索分束器分出若干斜拉索,斜拉索连接下桁架,每根斜拉索上均安装有索力监控装置,预压沙袋,采用张拉机具对斜拉索进行张拉、锚固;撤除沙袋,在定型钢模板处浇筑混凝土,完成下塔柱的施工。本发明的斜拉装置将部分下塔柱施工产生的竖向力转化为斜拉装置对承台的竖向力,大大提高托架装置的竖向支撑能力,保证了下塔柱的浇筑质量。
