The invention probides an offshore wind power anti-scour foundation. The offshore wind power anti-scour foundation comprises a pile foundation and a grouting pipe, the pile foundation comprises a first part and a second part which are connected in the length direction of the pile foundation, the second part is buried in a seabed, the seabed is provided with a seabed surface, and the first part is located above the seabed surface. The grouting pipe is connected with the peripheral face of the first part and extends from top to bottom, a grouting opening is formed in the top of the grouting pipe, a grout outlet is formed in the bottom of the grouting pipe, and the grouting pipe is used for pouring anti-scour materials to the seabed face near the pile foundation so as to protect the seabed face near the pile foundation. The offshore wind power anti-scour foundation has the advantages that the seabed around the pile foundation is protected, and the pile foundation is prevented from losing stability due to the fact that the surrounding seabed is scoured and eroded.
