The invention provides a sleeve structure and a connection construction method thereof. The sleeve structure comprises an upper-layer vertical steel bar, a sleeve, a grouting material, a lower-layer vertical steel bar and a lower-layer prefabricated wall component. The sleeve is pre-buried in the lower-layer prefabricated wall component; before the upper-layer prefabricated wall component is hoisted, the sleeve is firstly and compactly filled with the grouting material, then the upper-layer prefabricated wall component is hoisted, and the vertical steel bars of the upper-layer prefabricated wall component are inserted into the sleeve filled with the grouting material after being in place; vertical steel bars of the upper-layer prefabricated wall body component and the lower-layer prefabricated wall body component are connected through the sleeve, and the upper-layer prefabricated wall body component and the lower-layer prefabricated wall body component are reliably connected after maintenance of grouting materials is completed. The upper-layer prefabricated wall body component and the lower-layer prefabricated wall body component are connected reliably, and meanwhile, the structural form is relatively simple, the on-site construction process is more convenient and faster, operation is easy, the on-site construction progress is further accelerated, and meanwhile better economical efficiency is achieved.
本发明提供了一种套筒结构及其连接施工方法,本发明包括:上层竖向钢筋、套筒、灌浆料、下层竖向钢筋和下层预制墙体构件。本发明采用套筒预埋于下层预制墙体构件中,上层预制墙体构件吊装之前,套筒内先采用灌浆料填充密实,随后进行上层预制墙体构件的吊装,上层预制墙体构件的竖向钢筋就位后插入充满灌浆料的套筒中,上下层预制墙体构件竖向钢筋通过此套筒进行连接,灌浆料养护完成后,这样便使上下层预制墙体构件形成可靠连接。在保证上下层预制墙体构件连接可靠的同时,构造形式相对简单,现场施工过程中更加方便、快捷、易于操作,在进一步加快现场施工进度的同时,具有更好的经济性。
