The reinforcement cage sleeve pre-glue-pouring connecting structure comprises a sleeve, an upper reinforcement cage and a lower reinforcement cage, the two ends of the sleeve are provided with a pouring connector and a mechanical connector respectively, the pouring connector is filled with an anchoring agent, the end of the upper reinforcement cage is fixed in the pouring connector through the anchoring agent, and the lower reinforcement cage is fixed in the mechanical connector through the anchoring agent. And the end part of the lower reinforcement cage is mechanically connected with the mechanical interface. According to the method, the anchoring agent is adopted for pre-pouring, and the method has the advantages of being short in initial setting time, high in connection efficiency, resistant to fatigue and the like. By combining the excellent characteristics of the anchoring agent on the basis of the sleeve, the strength requirement of mechanical connection of reinforcing steel bars is met, the defects of errors during manufacturing of a formed reinforcing cage and deviation of hoisting alignment can be overcome, meanwhile, the defects of connection and welding of a common sleeve are overcome, and the connection efficiency of the formed reinforcing cage is effectively improved; and the butt joint precision and the installation accuracy of the reinforcement cage are guaranteed, and a larger application value is provided for development and popularization of fabricated reinforcement engineering in the future.
本发明提出一种钢筋笼套筒预灌胶连接结构,包括套筒、上钢筋笼和下钢筋笼,所述套筒的两端分别为灌注接口和机械接口,所述灌注接口内填充设有锚固剂,所述上钢筋笼的端部通过所述锚固剂固定在所述灌注接口内,所述下钢筋笼的端部与所述机械接口机械连接。在本申请中,采用锚固剂进行预灌注,具有初凝时间短、连接效率高、抗疲劳等优点。在套筒的基础上结合锚固剂的优异特性,达到钢筋机械连接的强度要求,能克服成型钢筋笼的制作时误差,以及吊装对准的偏差的缺点,同时克服了普通套筒连接、焊接的缺点,有效的提高成型钢筋笼的连接效率,保证钢筋笼的对接精度及安装准确性,为以后装配式钢筋工程的发展和推广提供更大的应用价值。
