The invention discloses an open-air archaeological tomb excavation simulation display construction process and a simulation tomb, and relates to the field of archaeological site simulation display. The construction process comprises the following steps of S1, determining the position of a simulation tomb and the position of a drainage pipe; S2, digging a tomb out, and burning a drainage pipe; S3, arranging a reinforcing mesh; S4, erecting a formwork on the inner side of the side wall of the tomb; S5, pouring base layer concrete between the bottom of the tomb and the formwork and between the side walls of the tomb and the formwork to form a concrete base layer; S6, constructing a simulation surface layer, specifically, constructing the simulation surface layer on the concrete base layer, and burning a natural crack simulating formwork in the simulation surface layer at the bottom of the tomb in the construction process; and S7, instilling a corrosive agent on the natural crack imitating template, dissolving the natural crack imitating template, and forming a natural drainage imitating crack communicating with the water inlet end of the drainage pipe. The simulated tomb is manufactured by adopting the process. The construction process has the effect of conveniently simulating the tomb for open-air display.
