The invention relates to the technical field of doors and windows, and discloses a low-radiation and high-heat-insulation glass door and window. The low-radiation and high-heat-insulation glass door and window aims at solving the problems that the temperature of gas in a cavity of an existing glass door and window is prone to rising and the heat insulation effect of glass is influenced. The low-radiation and high-heat-insulation glass door and window comprises a door and window frame, a glass assembly is arranged on the door and window frame, and a first cavity and a second cavity adjacent to the first cavity are formed in the glass assembly; the door and window frame is provided with a first gas flowing cavity and a second gas flowing cavity which are in communication with the outside, the first cavity is provided with a pressure difference gas inlet valve and a pressure difference gas exhaust valve, the pressure difference gas inlet valve is in communication with the first cavity and the first gas flowing cavity, and the pressure difference gas exhaust valve is in communication with the first cavity and the second gas flowing cavity; and a LOW-E film coating layer is arranged on a high-beam inner side surface of the first cavity. The high heat insulation and low radiation functions are achieved through a double-cavity structure, an inner side closed cavity and an outer side flowing cavity are matched with each other, then the temperature of a cavity of the glass assembly is maintained within a specific range through gas flowing of the flowing cavities, and the good heat insulation and radiation protection effects are achieved.
本发明涉及门窗技术领域,针对现有玻璃门窗的空腔中气体温度易于上升并影响玻璃隔热效果的问题,公开了一种低辐射高隔热玻璃门窗,包括门窗框,所述门窗框上设有玻璃组件,玻璃组件内设有第一腔体,与第一腔体相邻的第二腔体,门窗框上设有与外界连通的第一气体流动腔和第二气体流动腔,第一腔体上设有压差进气阀和压差排气阀,压差进气阀连通第一腔体与第一气体流动腔,压差排气阀连通第一腔体与第二气体流动腔;第一腔体远光内侧面设有LOW‑E膜涂覆层。通过双腔结构来实现高隔热与低辐射功能,采用内侧密闭腔与外侧流动腔相互配合,通过流动腔的气体流动使玻璃组件腔体温度维持在特定范围内,达到较好的绝热与防辐射的效果。
