The invention discloses a mixed sludge solidification construction method for robot desilting. The method includes the following steps that an image collecting device, a distance measuring sensor and an obstacle avoiding sensor are used for transmitting live information data such as sludge photos, sludge depth, the range needing to be dredged and whether obstacles exist or not collected on a working site to a remote operation system through wireless cable connection; an operator inputs a starting information code of a robot feeding and collecting device into a computer control device of a remote operation system and conveys the starting information code to a sludge pump conveying device; and after sludge containing impurities is conveyed to a curing site, the operator enables a feeding device to start to feed a waste material curing agent through the remote operation system, the operator starts a stirring device to conduct stirring through the remote operation system, and a cured sludge mixture is conveyed to a required engineering site to be applied. According to the mixed sludge solidification construction method for robot desilting, the construction efficiency can be improved, and the purpose of recycling waste resources can be achieved.
