Novel diamond/silicon carbide composite ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel diamond/silicon carbide composite ceramic and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of composite ceramics. The novel diamond/silicon carbide composite ceramic is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by volume: 30-55% of diamond powder, 20-35% of silicon powder and 15-25% of phenolic resin; slurry is prepared without adding graphite powder, and the novel diamond/silicon carbide composite ceramic is prepared through freeze spray granulation, hot press molding, degreasing and siliconizing reaction. The composite ceramic prepared by adopting the raw material formula and the preparation method disclosed by the invention is good in compactness and excellent in hardness, elasticity modulus and thermal conductivity;and the preparation method saves the siliconizing time in the siliconizing process, so that the energy is saved, and the effect of saving the cost is achieved.
本发明公开了一种新型金刚石/碳化硅复合陶瓷及其制备方法,其涉及复合陶瓷技术领域。该新型金刚石/碳化硅复合陶瓷按体积百分比计,由以下原料组成:金刚石粉体30‑55%、硅粉20‑35%、酚醛树脂15‑25%,本发明通过不加石墨粉制备成料浆,经过冷冻喷雾造粒、热压成型、脱脂及渗硅反应,制得该新型金刚石/碳化硅复合陶瓷。采用本发明公开的原料配方及制备方法制得的复合陶瓷致密性好,在硬度、弹性模量、导热性方面性能优异,并且该制备方法在渗硅过程中节约渗硅时间,进而节约能源,达到节约成本的效果。
