Preparation method of salt-resistant reinforced concrete thickening agent
The invention relates to the technical field of additives for concrete, and particularly discloses a preparation method of a salt-resistant reinforced concrete thickener. According to the invention, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) is used for preparing a thickening functional monomer containing double bonds, the thickening functional monomer is grafted on a polycarboxylate superplasticizer through free radical polymerization, a cross-linking agent is added, so grafted cellulose molecules are cross-linked, and adverse effect on the performance of the thickening agent caused by the agglomeration effect of calcium ions, which is generated by cement hydration, when the cellulose molecules are independently used as the thickening agent is reduced; meanwhile, early strength is improved, and curing time is shortened; and moreover, a functional monomer containing a sulfonic acid group is added as an anti-salt group, and the sulfonic acid group is added in the system, so the hydrophilicity of the thickening agent can be improved, and a repulsive interaction can be generated on external sulfate, thereby enhancing the sulfate erosion resistance of concrete. The invention aims to solve the problems of poor water solubility, long dissolution time and poor compatibility with additives of existing thickening agents.
