The invention relates to a railway screen cleaning operation dust suppression device and a screen cleaning machine system. The railway screen cleaning operation dust suppression device comprises a first water tank; a power mechanism which comprises a first driving part and a water pump assembly, wherein the first driving part is used for being in driving connection with a transfer case of a screen cleaning machine, the water pump assembly is in driving connection with the first driving part, and the water pump assembly communicates with the first water tank; and a dust suppression assembly which comprises a first nozzle, wherein the first driving piece drives water in the first water tank to be atomized through the first nozzle and then sprayed out. According to the dust suppression device for the railway cleaning operation, due to the fact that an atomization water spraying mode is adopted, the water consumption is small, the size of the first water tank can be reduced, the compactness of the structure is improved, and meanwhile the atomization mode is beneficial to improving the dust suppression effect. And on the other hand, the first driving part is in driving connection with the transfer case of the screen cleaning machine, a driving source is reasonably utilized, the normal operation of the screen cleaning machine is not affected, and then the working stability of the dust suppression device for the railway screen scarifying operation is improved.
