The invention relates to the technical field of screen cleaning machines, in particular to a railway screen cleaning device. The device comprises a machine body; a main arm is arranged on the machine body; a jacking cylinder is arranged between the machine body and the main arm; a first supporting arm is connected to the end of the side, away from the machine body, of the main arm through a rotating shaft. A first oil cylinder is further connected between the first supporting arm and the main arm through a rotating shaft. The end part of one side, far away from the main arm, of the first support arm is connected with a second support arm through a rotating shaft; a second oil cylinder is connected between the first support arm and the second support arm through a rotating shaft; a longitudinal telescopic part is arranged in the second support arm; a third oil cylinder is arranged between the second support arm and the longitudinal telescopic part; the end of the side, away from the second supporting arm, of the longitudinal telescopic part is connected with a transverse telescopic part through a swing assembly. A screen cleaning assembly is arranged at the telescopic end of the transverse telescopic part.
