The invention discloses a vase pier R-corner template manufacturing method which comprises the steps that S10, two first vertical rods are arranged according to the length and width of a vase pier R corner; S20, an arc of the vase pier is obtained through a three-circle arc drawing method; S30, a plurality of arc bending assemblies are arranged along the arc; S40, manual arc bending is performed on the reinforcing steel bars through an arc bending assembly, the bent reinforcing steel bars are cut out, and bent reinforcing steel bars are obtained; S50, a section of straight steel bar is cut out, and a plurality of reinforcing steel bars are welded between the bent arc steel bar and the straight steel bar; S60, the step S40 to the step S50 are repeated until a plurality of plane brackets are obtained, and the plurality of plane brackets are welded into a three-dimensional bracket by adopting a plurality of connecting steel bars; S70, a plurality of square wood columns are installed on the outer arc side of the three-dimensional support at intervals, and each square wood column intersects with all the bent arc steel bars; and S80, a plurality of formworks are laid and installed on all the square wood columns. Compared with the prior art, the construction cost can be greatly reduced, and the construction period can be effectively shortened.
