The invention relates to accumulated water collecting and treating equipment, in particular to road surface accumulated water collecting and treating equipment. The road surface accumulated water collecting and treating equipment can automatically clean road surface accumulated water and is high in working efficiency. The road surface accumulated water collecting and treating equipment comprises a machine shell; two wheels which are both rotationally installed on one side of the machine shell; two handrails which are installed on one side of the upper portion of the machine shell; at least two L-shaped pipes which are installed on the other side of the machine shell and are provided with one-way valves; at least two vertical pipes which are installed in the L-shaped pipes in a sliding mode; and suckers mounted among the bottoms of the three vertical pipes. The output shaft of a gear motor rotates to enable a first piston to slide up and down, accumulated water on the road surface is sucked into a cylinder through the suckers, the purpose of cleaning the accumulated water on the road surface is achieved, the accumulated water in the cylinder flows into a collecting box through a connecting pipe to be collected, and meanwhile, a filter screen can filter impurities in the accumulated water.
