The invention discloses a highway accumulated water collecting and processing device. The device comprises curbstones; the water absorption sponge is arranged on the curbstone, one end of the water absorption sponge corresponds to the accumulated water position, and the other end of the water absorption sponge corresponds to the soil layer on one side of the curbstone; the extrusion part is arranged on the curbstone and is positioned in a fixed position above the water absorption sponge; when the water absorption sponge moves downwards to make contact with accumulated water, the accumulated water can be adsorbed, and when the water absorption sponge moves upwards to abut against the extrusion plate, the adsorbed accumulated water is extruded and discharged.
