Shield construction is adopted between the step S1 and the step S2 to construct a soil body of the section part of the pipe gallery, and the soil body of the section part of the pipe gallery subjected to shield construction is located on the lower portion of the foundation pit excavated in the step S2. According to the underground pipe gallery construction method, the mode of combining open excavation and underground excavation is adopted, various defects of an open excavation method are avoided, the stability of the foundation pit is improved, the construction period of the underground pipe gallery when the underground pipe gallery passes through the urban main road is effectively shortened, the construction cost is greatly reduced, and the construction safety of the underground pipe gallery is improved.
