Underground pipe gallery and construction method thereof
The underground pipe gallery comprises a first prefabricated plate and a second prefabricated plate which are symmetrically arranged, mounting grooves are formed in the sides, close to each other, of the first prefabricated plate and the second prefabricated plate, and inclined grooves are formed in the positions, located on the first prefabricated plate and the second prefabricated plate, of the top ends of the mounting grooves; a transversely-arranged bottom plate is arranged between the first prefabricated plate and the second prefabricated plate and located at the top end of the mounting groove, a plurality of evenly-distributed fixing holes are formed in the bottom plate, first inserting rods penetrating through the fixing holes are arranged at the top end of the bottom plate, and transversely-arranged supports are arranged on the sides, close to each other, of the first prefabricated plate and the second prefabricated plate. The construction method has the beneficial effects that the traditional mode of directly digging holes in the bottom surface is changed, after the distance is measured on the ground, the two prefabricated slabs are firstly placed, then excavation is carried out, the bottom plate and the top plate are placed to form the underground pipe gallery, construction is convenient, prefabricated parts are convenient and rapid to connect, and therefore the construction efficiency can be greatly improved, and rapid installation of the underground pipe gallery is achieved.
本发明公开了一种地下管廊及其施工方法,包括对称设置的预制板一和预制板二,预制板一和预制板二相互靠近的一侧均设有安装槽,安装槽的顶端且位于预制板一和预制板二上均设有倾斜设置的斜槽,预制板一与预制板二之间且位于安装槽的顶端设有横向设置的底板,底板上开设有若干均匀分布的固定孔,底板的顶端设有贯穿固定孔的插杆一,预制板一和预制板二相互靠近的一侧均设有横向设置的支架。有益效果:工艺更改了传统直接在底面挖坑的方式,在地面测量好距离后先放入两块预制板,再进行挖掘,放置底板以及顶板组成地下管廊,施工便捷,预制件之间的连接方便快捷,从而能极大的提高施工效率,实现地下管廊的快速安装。
