The invention discloses an angle-adjustable pre-embedded steel bar connector fixing and positioning device and a construction method. The construction method comprises the steps that a belt positioning protection cover with an ejector pin and a positioning chip, a pre-embedded steel bar connector arranged at a control position, a complete pre-embedded steel bar connector positioning design drawing and other positioning technologies are combined; accurate positioning of the pre-embedded steel bar connector is achieved. An angle-adjustable fixing sleeve can be used for quickly and reliably connecting a fixing rib of the pre-embedded steel bar connector with a steel bar of a steel bar cage in a mechanical connection manner, and also realizes the connection between a regular and special-shaped foundation pit engineering underground diaphragm wall and an underground engineering main body structure; according to the positioning information of the pre-embedded steel bar connector, the pre-embedded steel bar connector to be excavated is marked and then excavated, so that the excavating efficiency and the excavating quality are effectively improved. The positioning chips in the belt positioning protection cover, a conventional protection cover and a damaged belt positioning protection cover can be recycled and reused, so that the building concept of low carbon, environmental protection and sustainable development is met.
