The adjustable steel bar connector fixing tool comprises a square steel pipe and connector connecting rods, a plurality of through holes penetrating through the upper end face and the lower end face of the square steel pipe are evenly distributed in the square steel pipe, the connector connecting rods are inserted into the through holes, and external threads are arranged on the lower portions of the connector connecting rods and are in threaded connection with the upper portion of the inner wall of a connector. Horizontally-arranged limiting rods are fixedly connected to the two sides of the upper portion of the connector connecting rod correspondingly, a rod body of the connector connecting rod is perpendicular to the upper surface and the lower surface of the square steel pipe, and longitudinal through grooves formed in the length direction of the square steel pipe are formed in the two ends of the lower surface of the square steel pipe correspondingly; the square steel pipes are connected with the tops of the opposite side edges of a mold of the component to be poured through connecting pieces penetrating through the longitudinal through grooves. The method comprises the step of controlling the elevation and perpendicularity of the connector through the square steel tube and the connector connecting rod. The perpendicularity of the connector can be guaranteed, the top elevation of the connector is consistent, and the mounting position is consistent with the drawing design.
一种可调整钢筋接驳器固定工装及使用方法,工装包括方钢管、接驳器连接杆,方钢管上均匀分布有若干贯通方钢管上下端面的通孔,通孔内插接有接驳器连接杆,接驳器连接杆的下部设有外螺纹,并与接驳器内壁的上部螺接,接驳器连接杆的上部两侧分别固定连接有水平设置的限位杆,接驳器连接杆的杆体与方钢管的上下表面垂直,方钢管下表面的两端分别设有沿方钢管长度方向设置的纵向通槽,所述的方钢管通过穿过纵向通槽的连接件与待浇筑构件的模具的相对侧边顶部连接。方法为:通过方钢管及接驳器连接杆对接驳器的高程及垂直进行控制。本发明可使接驳器保证垂直度,接驳器的顶端高程一致,安装位置与图纸设计保持一致。
