The invention discloses an intelligent water supply pump station with a feedback control function, and relates to the technical field of water supply. The intelligent water supply pump station comprises an installation control table, a main pump set, an auxiliary pump machine and a water storage tower, and the main pump set and the auxiliary pump machine communicate with the water storage tower through pipelines; and the main pump set comprises a water suction pump and a vacuum pump, an isolation pressing plate is arranged in the water storage tower, and the interior of the water storage tower is divided into a water storage area and a vacuum area through the isolation pressing plate. The main pump set and the auxiliary pump machine communicate with the water storage tower, the main pump set injects water, the auxiliary pump machine assists in draining water, and the pressurizing function of a booster pump station is achieved; and the interior of the water storage tower is divided into the water storage area and the vacuum area by arranging the isolation pressing plate, the position of the isolation pressing plate can be adjusted through air exhaust of the vacuum pump in the main pump set, the water pressure of the water storage area is adjusted, water pumping and drainage of the water supply pump station are facilitated, and a water drainage pipe, an auxiliary water drainage pipe and a flow limiting valve are arranged to adapt to the structural design, and waste of electric energy is avoided.
