The invention discloses an installation construction method of steel beams on a shear wall. The installation construction method comprises the following steps of completing the construction of the shear wall, and forming a plurality of installation holes in the shear wall; erecting a plurality of supporting jig frames in the enclosure range of the shear wall; hoisting first steel beams machined in a segmented mode and installing the first steel beams on the shear wall, wherein the two ends of each first steel beam are inserted into the two installation holes respectively and fixedly connected with the shear wall, and the middle of each first steel beam is supported at the top end of the corresponding supporting jig frame; hoisting second steel beams machined in a segmented mode and installing the second steel beams on the shear wall, wherein the two ends of each second steel beam are inserted into the two installation holes respectively, and the middle of each second steel beam is fixedly connected with the corresponding first steel beam; hoisting third steel beams machined in a segmented mode and installing the third steel beams on the shear wall; and hoisting fourth steel beams machined in a segmented mode and installing the fourth steel beams on the shear wall. According to the installation construction method of the steel beams on the shear wall, cross operation can be effectively reduced, and the construction workload is reduced.
