The invention discloses an energy-saving sintered wall hollow brick. The energy-saving sintered wall hollow brick comprises a brick body, protrusions and brick grooves matched with the protrusions are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the brick body, a first brick hole and a second brick hole are symmetrically formed in the two sides of the middle of the brick body, and three circular third pile holes communicated with one another are formed in the middle of the brick body. The energy-saving sintered wall hollow brick is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 40 to 45 parts of clay, 20 to 30 parts of steel slag, 10 to 12 parts of ceramic waste, 5 to 10 parts of coal gangue, 3 to 5 parts of white dextrin, 3 to 5 parts of phenolic resin, 3 to 5 parts of waste rubber particles, 5 to 8 parts of polyethylene wax, 5 to 8 parts of a reinforcing agent and 0.8 to 1.2 parts of a sintering aid. According to the energy-saving sintered wall hollow brick and a preparation process thereof, the brick body adopts a large amount of waste as the raw materials, the cost is reduced, the environmental problem can be solved, and the prepared brick body is high in strength and excellent in thermal insulation performance.
