The invention discloses a sludge sintered brick and a preparation process thereof. The preparation process comprises the following steps: preparing the following raw materials in parts by mass: 70-90 parts of sludge, 10-20 parts of fly ash, 15-30 parts of high-aluminum clinker and 3-5 parts of fuel; uniformly mixing and stirring the deodorized sludge and fly ash to form a mixture I with the sludge water content of 28-33%; uniformly mixing and stirring the mixture I and the high-aluminum clinker to form a mixture II; the second mixture and fuel are mixed and stirred to be uniform, then crushed through a crusher and screened through a roller screen machine, and biochar mud with the water content being 10%-15% is formed; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing 15-30 parts by mass of charcoal mud, 20-45 parts by mass of coal gangue, 10-30 parts by mass of building waste soil and 5-15 parts by mass of shale, adding 5-15 parts by mass of water, stirring, crushing, screening and aging to obtain a blank; performing extrusion molding on the blank to prepare a green brick, drying the green brick, and sintering the green brick in a tunnel kiln to form a sintered brick; the charcoal mud is used for replacing part of coal gangue, the overall cost is low, the sludge utilization rate is high, and the brick quality is good.
