The invention provides a prestressed integral seamless terrace. The prestressed integral seamless terrace comprises a foundation layer, a PE film layer laid on the foundation layer and a concrete layer laid on the PE film layer, the concrete layer comprises concrete and prestressed tendons arranged in the concrete, and a middle cushion layer is further arranged between the PE film layer and the foundation layer. According to the prestressed integral seamless terrace, the prestressed tendons are arranged in the concrete, and after the strength of the concrete meets a design requirement, the prestressed tendons can be tensioned to apply prestressed pressure to the concrete, so that the shrinkage stress of the concrete is solved, the external load effect during normal use of the terrace is resisted, and the problem that the terrace is prone to cracking is effectively solved; meanwhile, through the mode of applying prestress, a terrace cutting seam and a common reinforcing mesh in a traditional terrace can be omitted.
