Construction method of post-tensioning prestressed seamless concrete terrace
The invention discloses a post-tensioning prestress seamless concrete terrace construction method. The method comprises the following steps that corrugated pipes are laid; node installation of the tensioning end and the fixed end; the prestressed tendons penetrate into the corrugated pipes; a strain induction assembly is installed, the strain induction assembly comprises a stress transmission steel bar and a strain induction sensor, the stress transmission steel bar comprises a first steel bar and a second steel bar which are coaxially arranged, and the two main steel bars are connected through a connecting steel bar; an installation gap is reserved between the end faces of the opposite ends of the first steel bar and the second steel bar, and the strain induction sensor is installed in the installation gap. Concrete is poured, and the strain sensing assembly is poured and wrapped in the concrete; and in the pre-stressed tendon tensioning process, the pre-compressive stress is controlled mainly based on the tensioning force, the measured tensioning elongation value is used for checking, and meanwhile, the strain value of the concrete is referred to. By arranging the strain sensing assembly, a worker can know the strain condition of concrete in the construction process of the prestressed seamless terrace.
