Epoxy terrazzo dry paving process
The invention relates to the technical field of terrazzo floor paving processes, in particular to an epoxy terrazzo dry paving process which comprises the following steps: step 1, cleaning a concrete base, wherein the compressive strength of the base is greater than 25 MPa, then brushing the base with a prime coat, and the dosage is 0.2 kg/m <2>-0.4 kg/m <2>; step 2, mixing and uniformly stirring 9-11 parts by weight of aggregate and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of resin, and paving the uniformly stirred aggregate on the ground brushed with the prime coat, and carrying out compacting and polishing; and step 3, carrying out coarse grinding and leveling, medium grinding, hole sealing through resin, fine grinding and surface opening, and finally, carrying out finishing coat construction. The process has low requirements on the concrete base, the concrete base is not needed to be too flat, and only needs to meet the required strength, so that the construction process is simplified, the construction difficulty is reduced, the use amount of aggregate is much greater than that of resin, and more materials are saved.
