Epoxy terrazzo wet paving process
The invention relates to the technical field of terrazzo paving processes, in particular to an epoxy terrazzo wet paving process which comprises the following steps: cleaning the surface of a base layer, enabling the compressive strength to be greater than 25MPa, paving a PE film or cement paste on the base layer, then leveling and curing above the PE film or the cement paste through leveling mortar, and paving a bottom coating after curing is completed; paving an elastic resin layer on the bottom coating, wherein the blade coating amount is 1.5 kg/m <2>-2 kg/m <2>, and paving a rigid anti-crack inhibition layer on the elastic resin layer; uniformly mixing 3-5 parts by weight of aggregate and 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of resin, paving the uniformly stirred aggregate on the rigid anti-crack inhibition layer, compacting and polishing the surface of the paved material, and waiting for curing; and sequentially carrying out coarse grinding, medium grinding, resin hole sealing and accurate grinding, and finally, carrying out crystallization polishing. A terrazzo floor prepared by the process has the advantages of good crack resistance, high supporting strength, brighter appearance and better wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
本发明涉及水磨石铺设工艺技术领域,尤其是一种环氧水磨石湿铺工艺,包括以下步骤:基层表面清理干净,抗压强度要大于25MPa,基层铺设PE膜或者水泥浆,然后在PE膜或者水泥浆上方通过找平砂浆进行找平并养护,养护完成后铺底涂层;在底涂层上摊铺弹性树脂层,刮涂量1.5kg/m2~2kg/m2,在弹性树脂层上方摊铺刚性抗裂抑制层;采用骨料3‑5份、树脂0.5‑1.5份的重量比均匀混合,将搅拌均匀的骨料摊铺在刚性抗裂抑制层上,将摊铺好的材料表面压实、收光、等待固化;依次进行粗磨、中磨、树脂封孔、精磨,最后进行结晶抛光。本工艺制备的磨石地面具有抗裂性能好、支撑强度高、外表更加光亮、抗磨、抗腐蚀性能更好的优点。
