The invention discloses a fabricated sealing orifice framework of a large board square cabin. The framework comprises a corner profile, an expansion profile, a positioning block and a plug connector, wherein the corner profile and the expansion profile are connected to form a rectangular framework, the expansion profile is used for expanding the transverse and/or longitudinal length of the rectangular framework, and the positioning block and the plug connector are used for connecting two adjacent profiles; the corner profile and the expansion profile are both of a hollow structure, the positioning block is inserted into an inner cavity of one of the two adjacent profiles, the positioning block is detachably connected with the profile where the positioning block is located, two ends of the plug connector are inserted into the inner cavities of the two adjacent profiles respectively, and the plug connector is coaxially connected with the positioning block. The end, away from the positioning block, of the plug connector is detachably connected with the profile where the plug connector is located. The method solves the problems of difficult sealing, machining deformation and the like of the orifice of the large-plate square cabin, no longer adopts a segmented tailor-welding mode, does not have the influence of welding stress, improves the strength of the whole framework, and particularly improves the strength of the corner position of the orifice framework.
本发明公开了一种大板方舱装配式密封孔口骨架，包括拐角型材、扩展型材、定位块和插接件，拐角型材和扩展型材连接成矩形骨架，扩展型材用于扩展矩形骨架的横向和/或纵向长度，定位块和插接件用于连接相邻的两个型材；拐角型材和扩展型材均为中空结构，定位块插入相邻两个型材其中一个的内腔，定位块与其所在的型材可拆卸连接，插接件的两端分别插入相邻两个型材的内腔，插接件与定位块同轴连接，插接件远离定位块的一端与其所在的型材可拆卸连接。本发明解决了大板方舱孔口不易密封、加工变形等问题，不再采用分段拼焊方式，无焊接应力影响，提高整体骨架强度，尤其是提升孔口骨架拐角位置强度。
